We provide live phone support for all existing EmpHire customers. Once you have a question, you can call us Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our team is made up of HR solution specialists who work side by side with all our departments to improve the customer experience. Which means they know our business inside and out and are ready to help you via phone or email.

We're on your side

Our Support team works with our customers to improve our services based on your feedback. We also monitor data to send predictive alerts when we know something’s wrong, so you can stay one step ahead.

Many of our employees pair up with a Support Team member to hear directly from our customers through our shadow program. In fact, our entire executive team makes a point to listen in monthly.
