  • Is there a fee for being placed on assignment by EmpHire?

    Our Applicants / Employees will not be charged for being placed on assignment.

  • What area does EmpHire currently service?

    EmpHire is proud to service the South Florida area since 1991. We staff for Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

  • How would I fill out an Application with EmpHire?

    In order to better serve you, EmpHire has developed a streamlined process. You are able to apply through our website at application.

    Once you have filled out your application, your information will be reviewed by our recruitment team. Our office may contact you to discuss your application further and possibly schedule an interview. If you would like to follow up on your application at any time, please call your local EmpHire office.

  • Where do I go to view my Pay History or Find my Pay Stubs?

    For your convenience, your pay history and all pay stubs may be located on your employee profile. When visiting our website, click “Current Employee”, Log in using your credentials, and then click on “Pay History”. If you do not know your Username and Password, please call your local EmpHire office and we will assist you in resetting this information.

  • What are the Health Insurance benefits offered to me by EmpHire?

    Essential StaffCare is the ACA compliant health insurance and supplemental employee benefit plan offered to our Employees. The benefits are offered to our employees at time of hire when electronic hiring documents are completed. You have 30 days from the date of your first paycheck to make any changes to those benefits, otherwise changes can only be made during the Annual Open Enrollment period that EmpHire will notify you of. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your benefits, please contact Essential StaffCare at 1-866-798-0803.

  • What is the Pay Card that EmpHire issues to their employees?

    For the convenience of our employees who have not already set up an alternate Direct Deposit, EmpHire has partnered with Rapid Pay Card. We have done this in order to bring you a Payment Solution that allows you the ease of having your paycheck in your pocket on pay day and save you time. If you would like to be issued a rapid pay card, please visit your local EmpHire office. If you need to contact Rapid Paycard, please call 1-877-380-0980.

  • What should I do if I have a payroll question?

    You may view your pay history / pay stubs in your employee profile located at the “Pay History” section. If you have any additional questions, our payroll department would be happy to assist you with any questions regarding payroll. You may contact (954) 424-3173 Ext. 233.

    EmpHire is proud to have an operational team of 15 qualified individuals with strong Recruiting, Management, Human Resources and Administrative Experience and knowledge. The tenure with our leadership team is between 10 and 30 years. We pride ourselves in creating a great working environment for our candidates, clients, and employees.

  • What is the Liquidation period for an Employee brought in through EmpHire?

    Our standard liquidation period is 520 hours, unless otherwise determined based on factors such as volume, rates, etc.

  • What is the difference between hiring directly and working with a staffing company?
