Vaughn Stertzbach

Vaughn Stertzbach is a Senior Executive with an outstanding Staffing Career, eclipsing 40 years of industry acumen. Vaughn began his career in Banking and redirected his time to Retail Banking directly in the credit card implementation and developing Mastercard and Visa through participating banks and national retail operations. In 1979, he changed industries from Banking to Staffing and established his Own staffing firm in 1992. From 1979 to 1992 he worked with 3 national firms in branch, area, regional and executive positions. His accomplishments of executive leadership and industry experience in all areas of staffing, executive management, financial management, field management, sales / operations, strategic planning, and ultimately founding EmpHire, EmpHire Staffing, and EmpHire, an HR Solutions Company in South Florida in 2008. Vaughn has used his local, regional and national experiences to grow EmpHire as the leading South Florida Staffing firm. EmpHire concentrates on providing stellar staffing services to multiple markets as well as national firms in the markets EmpHire services primarily homegrown in South Florida. Vaughn has local and national contacts throughout the United States and presently is a member of the American Staffing Association and serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Florida Staffing Association. Vaughn is married to his wife Concetta since 1975, and has 1 son, Von David, who is currently the Senior Vice President of EmpHire and is responsible for general growth and services in his current Executive role.
